Allows us to purchase the extra items that families count on receiving at our Food Pantry at Shadows and Community Free Marketplace at Conejo Academy. We routinely purchase fresh chicken, cheese, milk, and tortillas.
Rescue food in partnership with Food ShareVC and Food Forward Inc.
Facilitate cross-cultural, multi-generational volunteering
Include Latino families in community activities and events.
Advocate for removing obstacles to participation by speaking out about barriers, inviting participation, offsetting fees and securing equipment.

We will help your school, club, or workplace organize a donation drive. Drives can be tailored to your interests or scheduled for a particular time of year. Past drives include Thanksgiving foods, Christmas foods, Stocking Stuffers, School Supplies, and Jackets.
We are working to create cross-cultural and multigenerational relationships built on shared values and a desire to participate in every aspect of community life. Adelante is intentional in its efforts to include Latinos through leadership opportunities, tailored outreach, and welcoming activities.
Adelante is a 501(c)3 nonprofit, all-volunteer organization. Donations help pay for items that we include in our twice monthly food distributions, such as chicken, corn tortillas, milk, eggs, and cheese, as well as for programs that allow families to participate in fee-based community programs or attend trainings and events where registration fees are typically required.
